"I recommend Gregg-Adams Housing due to the consistency of their staff and maintenance teams. Before I PCS’ed to Gregg-Adams I sent out an inquiry and they answered within hours and answered all my questions. When I seen the consistency before i became a Harrison Villa resident, I knew then I was going to be apart of this housing community. I received updated pics and they made sure i understood the process well. Maintenance has been on point on and off business hours. I am always informed of community activities on and off post. My neighbors aren’t over bearing and respectful. I had a mishap with finance and instead of giving me the run around miss Nola Peaco solved my issue with my rent in a matter of ten mins. Miss Nola Peaco and miss Sharon Stewart have been absolutely phenomenal during my tour here at Gregg-Adams."

"It's been over 4 years since I have moved into my house on Fort Gregg-Adams. When I first arrived here to sign for my home , I remember being greeted by my resident specialist with kindness and professionalism. Throughout the years I have not had any major problems with my home or the staff. Occasionally , I would have a maintenance request to put in. My requests were always handled in a timely matter and the maintenance staff were always friendly and helpful. One thing I've enjoyed here at Gregg-Adams is the amount of resident events that have taken place. Resident dinner nights, Bingo, planting a plant, picking pumpkins are a few of the events. The Gregg-Adams at Life is the best event in my opinion. There is always food at all of the events. Prize drawing have almost always been held and the prizes are not cheap ones either(Xbox systems, iPads, free rent for a few months was the newest prize here for completing a resident satisfaction survey). These events have not costed me any money either. I like how my resident specialists knows who I am. The ones I am assigned to have gone above and beyond to establish a friendly relationship with me. I don't feel like I'm just a resident who pays rent here. I'm leaving in a few months and I'm sad to move from Gregg-Adams because I don't believe I can have it as good as I've had it here. My home is very spacious. I have never had to mow the lawn, and my neighborhood is pretty quiet. Gregg-Adams has a lot to offer especially if you live on post housing. Thank you Gregg-Adams housing staff for all of your hard work! I've enjoyed my stay."
